Heavenly Boxes is an online retailer offering personalised gift hampers and boxes for various occasions that are delivered throughout the UK. In light of their previous agency’s underwhelming performance, our objective was to fuel growth through enhanced paid media efforts while maximizing ROI to achieve profitability.
Solution
To achieve growth during festive peak seasons, we experimented with Google Shopping campaigns and Search campaigns. Our feed optimisation involved testing different product titles that matched search queries alongside creating detailed and carefully tailored assets for specific occasions like Valentine’s Day. Starting with a minimal budget, this was swiftly increased based on the campaign’s data which revealed a surge in sales after the brand put their trust in Exceed.
Results
We surpassed the client’s expectations by achieving an ROI that exceeded their goals by 27% whilst sales skyrocketed in 2023 to 5.6 times more than what was achieved in 2022.
